THE DBEDT DATA WAREHOUSE
The DBEDT Data Warehouse, maintained by the Research and Economic Analysis Division, is a leap forward in the effort to provide relevant data and research to business, policy makers and the public. Powered by the advanced business intelligence platform of PROGNOZ Software, the DBEDT Data Warehouse allows users to distill the information they need from thousands of data series in minutes. Users can download data and charts in standard formats, develop customized data tables, or simply download data into a spreadsheet for further analysis.
How to use this site
Most current DBEDT data products and analytical reports can be found in the tab titled "REPORTS". In this section users can view and download data on daily passenger counts, weekly employment claims, monthly economic indicators, monthly energy trends, quarterly statistical and economic reports, all of the visitor statistical reports, and other economic studies. To find the most requested facts about the State of Hawaii and its four counties, go to "QUICK FACTS" or "MAPS". To compile more specific and customized data and see it charted, experienced data users will appreciate the "DATA EXPLORER". Before using the Data Warehouse for the first time, it is recommended that that you view the brief demonstration video by clicking the movie icon to the left.
